We can laser cut tube with outside diameters from 0.25mm to 30.0mm. Some straightforward examples of laser-cut tubes are shown below. This is an economical method of making tube components which have several features such as holes, slots, shaped ends.
Spiral spring forms can be made by cutting a spiral along the tube, increasing its flexibility (as shown on the right).
Stents for use in medical devices are commonly made from Nitinol (nickel-titanium alloy) using this process, so that a burr-free, precision cut is produced.
We can also produce flat form components in a variety of shapes and thicknesses with high precision. Contact us for more information.
We can produce prototype samples to full scale production runs and we help our customers from initial concept through to final component/assembly.
